Thought for Today - How to Overcome Grief

Thought for Today: How to Overcome Grief Holy Spirit Series - Part 13
As a Bereavement Coordinator for Hospice, I helped people through the grief process - shock, denial, blame, anger, and acceptance. There are many people that get stuck in the process.

Many people stay in the blame or anger stage; and as a result they can’t cope. They turn to alcohol, drugs or other unhealthy ways to deal with their loss.

There is a much better way! The Holy Spirit is the Great Comforter. He wants to help us!

The Lord wants to help you overcome your grief. A place where you are free to be you again –  unstuck…
