THOUGHT FOR TODAY - DO YOU WANT TO PROVE THE PERFECT WILL OF GOD FOR YOUR LIFE?
Thought for Today:
Want to PROVE God's perfect will for your life?
Rom 12:1-2 NKJV
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, [which is] your reasonable service.
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what [is] that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
How to renew your mind:
#1 Ask Jesus to be Your Lord
#2. Ask Jesus to fill you with His Spirit.
#3. Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you.
#4 Read the Word of God - the Bible.
A good place to start is in the Gospel of John. Then, read Ephesians. (Blueletterbible.org or download the app. Easy to use for Bible reading or listening.)
#5 Find Scripture promises for things you need help with.
E.G. Renewing the mind, healing, etc. Use Blue Letter
Bible www.Blueletterbible.org and type in a word such
as heal* with * to find all Scriptures that are on that topic.
#6 Read, memorize, listen and speak out loud those Scriptures night
and day - until you see the victory!
I overcame depression, fear, worry, and a host of other things by renewing my mind and speaking God's Word out loud!
